George is Director Agency Trading and Partnerships at DMS since February 2019. He began his career 18 years ago in KSA in a Saudi Research and Publishing company, as the lead on their TV’S and Print media platforms. He thereafter joined Choueiri Group in 2005 and began handling MEMS’ TV and Radio portfolio, developing both brands as well as broadcasters. With his recent transfer to DMS, Georges works across teams by ensuring high quality engagement and communication and integrity to deliver contractual expectations along with operational leadership. Georges continues to retain a relentless passion for new cultures, photography, cuisine and cigars.

Omar has been with Choueiri Group since 2005 and has amassed a notably lengthy career developing his expertise in Ad Operations across TV, Radio and ultimately Digital in 2010. His role within DMS sees him managing 3 different teams, across Finance Operations (related to invoicing and commercial), Account Management (Customer Service) and Tech Operations (Managing day-to-day Tech systems related to campaigns). His role has grown to encompass the management of these vital functions across all MENA markets, making him the point of contact for any campaign related issues. Outside of the office Omar is a sports enthusiast, and enjoys playing golf, basketball and go-karting.

With over 7 years of diverse experience in digital media, Daniel is engaged in building and developing the programmatic offering, inventory management and overall yield strategy at DMS and Choueiri Group. With the ability to work across multiple teams and departments, both internally and externally, Daniel takes pride in his ability to gain a ‘helicopter view’ of the business. This has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of the online and mobile advertising industry across the display, video and audio markets, as well as from a network and media owner standpoint. Outside of the office, Daniel is a keen motocross and dirt bike rider, wakeboarder, kite surfer and a budding sailor.

FMCG, F&B, QSR

With over eight years of experience across the media spectrum with both the agency and publisher sides, Ramy was one of the first key members involved in setting up DMS. Today, he leads the FMCG, E-commerce and Pharma industry segments and is responsible for sales growth. His job entails liaising with clients and agencies to ensure effective executions, content development and activations for some of the region’s largest formats, including Arab Idol, The Voice, Arabs Got Talent, etc. Ramy also collaborates with Choueiri Group’s TV teams to ensure that campaigns are extended across leading digital platforms such as Shahid.net and MBC.net. Ramy is a passionate sports enthusiast, often found on the ski slopes of Mzaar or a basketball court.

Having experienced the evolution of digital in the region, Eddy has gathered a decade of experience servicing the needs of clients from a varied spectrum of industries across the GCC. He began his career as a digital marketer, before making the transition to sales. Today, he leads across a number of impactful industry segments, including telecommunications, travel and tourism, as well as real estate. At DMS, Eddy remains fully engaged in helping brands leverage optimal solutions which empower them to achieve their business goals.

Carl has spent over nine years at DMS, evolving from a Sales Executive to leading the UAE team for Anghami, transforming it from a streaming service to a full-fledged entertainment platform. His work involves pioneering commercial strategies for music, podcasts, live experiences, and media solutions. In 2024, Carl further expanded his expertise by developing the DMS Audio vertical with the integration of Audiomob (in-game audio ads)

Away from the office, Carl unwinds by biking, playing football, and enjoying motorsports, blending his professional drive with his personal passions.

With over 13 years of experience leading technological innovation and product development across the Middle East, Jad was one of the first to join and establish DMS’ dedicated Ad Tech division. He currently spearheads the team, leading strategic collaborations with digital media publishers to plan and build their advertising infrastructure, implementing the latest ad technologies and ad formats across the web, mobile apps and CTV. He also works very closely with all product divisions at DMS and leads special projects and in-house solutions to enhance product offerings. Outside of the office, Jad enjoys reading and listening to music. He loves the beach and is a self-proclaimed calisthenics enthusiast.

Lara’s role is focused on building awareness amongst regional audiences for DMS, where she manages the development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the company and its products. In addition to enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, she is responsible for directing media relations, branding, advertising and website development. She also oversees partner-sponsored seminars, conferences, exhibitions and bespoke events. Her career has also included notable appointments with Veolia in Dubai and American Express in Paris. Outside of her career engagements, Lara loves to travel, discover new cultures and practice Muay Thai.
