[UAE] Sales Manager-INMOTION

Job Purpose

The Sales Manager – Direct Clients (UAE) will be responsible for acquiring and growing a portfolio of UAE-based direct clients, from dynamic SMEs to enterprise-level businesses. This full-cycle sales role includes prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with a strategic and consultative sales approach. The role emphasizes relationship-building and deep collaboration with UAE-based marketers and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities with direct clients in the UAE.
  • Create custom media proposals by aligning with client goals and coordinating with internal departments (CRM, Creative, Publisher).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with marketing and business leaders in UAE companies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to broader revenue objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
  • Develop case studies highlighting campaign success in the UAE context.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of digital media or advertising sales experience in the UAE market.
  • Strong network of UAE-based direct clients is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of the UAE digital media landscape, including programmatic advertising and performance marketing.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
