[Lower GCC] Sales Manager

INTRODUCTION:

DMS is the exclusive local representative for many media brands including Snap, Pinterest, Anghami, Kooora and so many more across a number of key Middle East & North Africa (MENA) markets. We are looking for an energetic sales manager to take the lead in growing sales revenues from the Lower GCC markets, mainly Oman, Bahrain and Qatar.

 JOB PURPOSE:

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the wider team and driving the sales strategy across various clients and agencies within multiple industries. This role focuses on fostering relationships with direct local clients and crafting customized business solutions that monetize our media properties effectively and meet sales targets.

 JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the assigned brands and their market dynamics.
  • Innovate and contribute to business solutions that drive client growth and platform revenue.
  • Identify market-driven opportunities to boost business growth.
  • Develop and execute compelling sales strategies based on thorough market knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by cultivating partnerships with clients .
  • Stay abreast of new KPI metrics and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Capitalize on market trends and seasonal opportunities to boost revenue.
  • Communicate product updates and industry best practices to clients.
  • Collaborate across teams (Publisher, Client, Product, CRM, etc.) to ensure cohesive workflow and campaign success.
  • Utilize planning and reporting tools to enhance client propositions and contribute to weekly portfolio reviews.
  • Work closely with the CRM team and Account Managers to monitor and ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and share successful case studies within the industry.

 OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep updated with changes in media and technology landscapes.
  • Manage weekly pipeline data submissions .

    1.Education/Experience:

  • University degree in any field (passion for the digital industry is a must).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the digital industry with a strong focus on social media.
  1. Specific Knowledge:
  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Enthusiasm for social media platforms with essential marketing experience.
  • Communication and analytical skills.
  • Established Client and Agency Contacts
  1. Ability/Skills:
  • Proven project management and sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Basic understanding of the media landscape.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complex situations.
