[Lebanon] Graphic & Motion Designer
JOB PURPOSE
The Graphic & Motion Designer role will be based in Beirut and will be responsible for developing high-quality visual designs, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced video content for various clients. The role reports into a Creative Director. It requires a deep understanding of client needs, consumer behavior, and platform-native creative across Snapchat, Pinterest, and rich media digital environments.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES
- Concept, layout, and execution for digital advertising projects across awareness, consideration, and conversion funnels.
- Develop platform-native creatives for Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, and rich media formats.
- Produce vertical, immersive, and mobile-first video content optimized for engagement and performance.
- Leverage AI-powered production tools (e.g., Higgsfield, generative AI video workflows) for concepting, rapid prototyping, motion development, and scalable asset creation.
- Integrate AI into storyboarding, animation, background generation, editing, and creative experimentation.
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and best practices for Snapchat and Pinterest ad formats (Story Ads, Collection Ads, AR formats, Idea Pins, etc.).
- Design interactive and rich media formats, including motion-led experiences and immersive storytelling units.
- Edit video footage, add effects, sound design, music, and color grading to enhance storytelling and retention.
- Create and implement typography systems, motion graphics, and animation frameworks.
- Compositing is a plus.
- Design and create storyboards for Augmented Reality projects.
- Create 2D/3D animations and collaborate closely with AR and creative teams.
- Maintain a strong sense of visual timing, narrative flow, color grading, and thematic cohesion.
- Prepare client presentations and creative reviews for digital campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with client brand guidelines and platform specifications.
- Work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Multi-disciplinary creative with experience across motion, design, rich media, and AI-assisted production.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging platform features, AR innovations, AI tools, and interactive formats.
- Deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital creative production (agency or in-house), preferably with exposure to immersive and performance-driven campaigns.
2. Specific Knowledge
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; 3D knowledge is a plus).
- Working proficiency in Canva for rapid content creation and asset adaptation.
- Experience using AI tools for video and motion production (Higgsfield, generative AI platforms, AI-assisted workflows).
- Strong understanding of Snapchat and Pinterest ad formats and platform-native creative behaviors.
- Knowledge of rich media production and interactive storytelling formats.
- Understanding of optimizing video for mobile consumption (aspect ratios, compression, hook strategy, retention techniques).
- Ability to prepare presentations (Keynote / PowerPoint).
- A rich portfolio including motion graphics, immersive ads, AR projects, and layout design.
