ROLE OVERVIEW
 The Account Manager serves as the key strategical point of contact for agencies and clients, ensuring smooth campaign delivery, strategic alignment, and long-term partnership growth across Pinterest’s advertising solutions. The AM will serve as the bridge between the sales and execution teams—owning strategy, planning, and performance while ensuring Pinterest best practices are applied.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Relationship Management
 - Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their day-to-day strategic contact
 - Lead weekly client meetings to review campaign progress, performance insights, and upcoming opportunities.
 - Contribute to revenue forecasting and help track top client spend to identify risk or growth opportunities.
 - Own QBRs to highlight results, trends, and new opportunities
 Campaign Planning & Management
 - Participate in proposal brainstorming with Sales team to align campaign objectives with Pinterest solutions
 - Lead campaign planning and translate client briefs into actionable media strategies
 - Provide tactical audience targeting and campaign recommendations in collaboration with the Creative and Ad Ops teams.
 - Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance to ensure full delivery and KPI alignment
 - Analyze campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations
 - Support post-campaign analysis, reporting, and documentation (e.g., bonus programs, progress reports, BLS request sheets)
 Revenue Planning & Enablement
 - Contribute to revenue forecasting and macro revenue tracking by providing visibility into client adoption and performance
 - Participate in product updates and positioning efforts to ensure alignment with evolving client needs
 - Track top client spend to help identify growth opportunities and at-risk accounts
 Strategic Partnership & Growth
 - Identify and recommend upsell opportunities based on performance and business objectives
 - Document and share case studies and best practices to support broader team 
 - Lead strategic planning discussions with clients, backed by trend analysis and performance insights
 - Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met across all campaigns
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
 2-4 years in digital advertising, account management, or media planning (experience with paid social preferred)
 Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics 
 Excellent communication and client facing skills
 Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data
 Arabic and English fluency preferred
