[KSA] Sales Manager- INMOTION

Job Purpose

The Sales Manager – Direct Clients (KSA) will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of direct clients, including SMEs, boutique agencies, and larger enterprises across the Kingdom. This role involves full-cycle sales ownership, from prospecting to deal closure, with a consultative, strategic approach. The focus is on establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers and marketing professionals across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with direct clients, SMEs, and boutique advertising agencies across the Saudi market.
  • Build customized media solutions aligned with client and agency goals, collaborating with internal teams (CRM, Creative, Publisher).
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and support broader revenue goals.
  • Oversee campaign delivery, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.
  • Create localized success stories and case studies to showcase client and agency results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of digital media or advertising sales experience in the KSA market.
  • Established network of direct clients and boutique agencies within the KSA market is essential.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi digital landscape, including performance and programmatic media.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
