[Lebanon] Account Manager

JOB PURPOSE  

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, fostering relationships with key agencies, and driving post-campaign sales growth.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES

  • Analyze post-campaign data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Manage agency relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier B and C agencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
  • Educate and consult to demonstrate how to use DMS advertising products, best practices, and how to develop effective campaign
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Providing feedback to our product and tools teams to help us scale our advertising platform

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ QUALIFICATIONS

     A.Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or media planning role
     B.Specific knowledge:
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

     C. Ability/Skills:

  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven project management and sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Basic understanding of the media landscape.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
  • Capable of analyzing numerical data for budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and complex situations.
